The aim of the 2nd International Radiation Proteomics Workshop is to discuss the state-of-the-art of radiation proteomics, new technologies and the implementation of proteomics in different fields of radiation biology. We want to present the newest technologies of global and targeted proteomics (selected/multiple reaction monitoring), interactomics, protein modifications and integrative analysis of epigenetics and proteomics.
